About BOIS KASAI

"Notre Forêt, Notre Avenir" — Our Forest, Our Future.

BOIS KASAI is a Congolese forestry company with a singular mission: to steward one of Central Africa's most significant forest concessions while creating lasting value for investors, communities, and the global climate.

Who We Are

A Congolese Company Rooted in the Forest

Founded on the strength of a formally granted forestry concession in Sankuru Province, BOIS KASAI has been a steward of 275,025 hectares of equatorial forest in the Democratic Republic of Congo since 1996.

Our concession sits within the Congo Basin — the world's second largest tropical rainforest and one of the planet's most critical carbon sinks. This forest absorbs hundreds of millions of tonnes of CO₂ annually, making its preservation a matter of global importance.

Under the leadership of CEO Delphin Ciala Bukasa, BOIS KASAI is now positioned to bring this extraordinary natural asset into the international carbon credit market — creating a new model for conservation finance in Central Africa.
